The text and images in this site are published, unless stated otherwise, under a Creative Commons Attribution-ShareAlike 4.0 International licence. I say unless stated otherwise because content I share from other sites (such as images or video) is most likely covered by a different licence. I’ll do my best to give appropriate credits and mention the correct licence for anything I share.

The CC BY-SA 4.0 licence pretty much boils down to the following:

• You can share and reproduce part or all the contents of this site.
• You can create derived works. Fiction, comics, stage plays, Hollywood blockbusters, Netflix series, you name it. However, you must distribute the derived work under the same licence terms. This is the ShareAlike bit.
• You can use the contents of this site for commercial purposes. For example, you can package it all into a book and sell millions of copies. If you do, you could at least send me a box of chocolates, you know, as a thank you.
• No matter how you decide to use the contents of this site, you must always credit me (i.e. The Merry Hermit) as the author, and add a link or include the complete address of this site. However, you must not credit me in a way that suggests endorsement.

Not to brag, but this happens to be a Free Culture licence.

The contents of this site are certainly free. Whether they also qualify as culture, is for you to decide. Enjoy!
